What's the point ?


There's always something else on the list, something ‘important’ to do next, someone who wants our time, somewhere else to be, so we go a little faster, concentrate a little less and spend the time we’re doing this thing thinking about the next thing.
But what happens if we slow down, concentrate a little more, and spend the time we’re doing this thing actually doing this thing ? Maybe the point of reading, meditating, walking, listening or thinking isn’t about getting done - maybe the point is actually just to read, meditate, walk, listen or think…
