Where Habit Comes In...
It would be wonderful if the journey towards our plans and goals was filled with purposeful days of motivation and intentional action. But life’s not like that. For each of us there will always be bad days, distracted days and ‘I’m just not feeling it today’ days.
And that’s where habit comes in.
Habit is the treadmill that keeps us walking, the track that keeps us rolling, and the glue that stops motivation and intention from falling apart.
