You Already Know The Answer...

I have shared one of these pages for 1,728 consecutive days, and in the early days I could sit for a couple of hours trying to come up with something to write.

But over time the writing has become easier, partly through sheer practice and partly because I have come to realise that it’s not about creating the words, it is about revealing them.

You see, the solution to any challenge, opportunity, problem or goal is already within us, we just have to uncover it - it might take practice, reflection, journaling or conversation, but the answer IS there.

But then again, you already knew that, didn’t you…?
