Summer Shutdown Shipping
Each year we shut down for a couple of weeks to rest, reflect, re-connect and plan for the coming year, and this year our Summer Shutdown will be from 13th-29th July 2020 inclusive - you can still order as normal, but shipping will just take a little longer.
Off-the-shelf and paper orders placed before Midnight (UK) on 12th July will be shipped as normal, and orders placed during out shutdown will be shipped as soon as possible after 29th July (we would expect to have any backlog cleared within a few days).
Bespoke orders for notebooks and pen bands are still be being made to our standard 7-10 day timescales, but any that are ready during our shutdown will not ship until after the 29th.
