At William Hannah Limited, we believe that Writing Helps, and we sell a range of luxury leather notebooks and custom-designed pages to customers all over the world. We only sell directly to customers via our website, williamhannah.com, and we lovingly wrap and ship all of our orders from our office in Loughborough.
As a result of our steady growth over the last 6+ years, we have reached the point where we need to recruit a permanent, part-time employee to help us prepare and despatch orders, along with a few other light admin tasks, such as stocktaking and keeping inventory systems updated.
The candidate will need to work each day, Monday to Friday, but we can be relatively flexible with daily hours and start-times, provided that certain business needs are met. We would expect you to work a minimum of 2 hours per day, usually in the morning, and be available (with notice) for up to 5 hours on our busiest day which is Monday, and extra hours may be available during busy periods.
We think it’s a comfortable, friendly working environment, and the work lends itself to doing a job that you can be proud of, but that you can pretty much forget about when you walk out the door. In return, we’re looking for someone who is process-driven, friendly, reliable and has a strong attention to detail, and we think the role might particularly suit the parent of a school-aged child. Oh, and if you love stationery and wrapping Christmas presents, that will help too…
