Christmas/New Year Shipping 2025

UK Orders - Off-The-Shelf orders placed before 11:00am on Friday 19th December will be posted by us on Friday 19th. We strongly recommend that if you need your purchase in time for Christmas, you select the Tracked 24 option. Orders placed after 11:00am on Friday 19th December may not arrive in time for Christmas.

Non-UK Orders - Unfortunately new International orders shipped with Royal Mail may not arrive before Christmas. FedEx Orders placed up to 11:00am (UK) on 19th December might still arrive in time for Christmas, but customs delays in individual countries (particularly the USA) may delay them past Christmas.

Bespoke Orders - You should assume that new Bespoke Orders will not be shipped until w/c 5th January 2026 (although we may ship out any completed items before we break for Christmas on 22nd December).

Christmas Break 2025

We will be shipping as normal, up to and including, Monday 22nd December 2025. We will then take a few days off, and then ship out as many orders as we can, in the order they were received, on Monday 29th December. We will then take another few days off and return to normal shipping from Monday 5th January 2026.
