3 Levels of Practice...

I really believe in the power of Daily Habits - how practicing something every day is the route to positive personal change - but I’m discovering that just doing something daily isn’t enough.

According to Anders Ericsson, there are three levels of Practice :

Naive - just doing something repeatedly - brings initial benefits, but soon plateaus

Purposeful - setting specific goals outside your comfort zone - leads to greater performance

Deliberate - combining a well-established process with really hard work - is the route to mastery.

We can’t master everything, but we can get much better at some things, and it all comes down to our practice…
