Action Works Wonders...
When we’re going through a challenging time, I’m not sure how realistic it is to believe that we can simply ‘think ourselves more positive’, but I have learned that taking action on something that is causing negative thoughts or feelings brings space for more positive thoughts to start breaking through. And, like sunshine on a cloudy day, once that positivity begins to shine, it starts to light up all of our other thoughts, and pretty soon we start to see everything in a more positive light.
So yes, we can try to build positivity through thought alone, but for a greater chance of success, action works wonders….
