Best Or Not At All...?
One of my favourite maxims is that ‘if a job’s worth doing, it’s worth doing well’ and I often put a LOT of effort into the ‘doing it well’ bit.
But what about the ‘if a job’s worth doing’ bit ?
One of the things I have learnt (and am still learning) about building a business is that putting my best effort into deciding what needs to be done is a much better use of time than doing an awesome job on something that I didn’t really need to do.
It’s a question we should ask ourselves often in our time-limited lives - does this thing need my best, or does it need to not be done at all….?
