I’m off to visit a supplier later, and I have no control over what time I get there because I have no control over the weather, roadworks, other drivers, or any of the myriad of other factors that will influence exactly how long my journey will take.

But I can plan my route, estimate how long it will take and set off accordingly, and I can also choose what I listen to on the way, and how I react to the other drivers going my way.

You see, we may have no control over WHEN we get to our destination, but we do have plenty of control over HOW we arrive…
