Daily Reading...
For nearly two years I read a good personal development book for 30 minutes each morning. It was sometimes hard to fit in and I started to think that there were better ways to improve my knowledge, so I swapped 30 minutes of reading for 30 minutes of learning via podcasts and audiobooks.
I tried that for about 4 months, and I can honestly say, my life was poorer for the change.
I’ve been reading for 30 minutes again for the past month and my mind has expanded, and ideas have started flowing again. In a different life, listening might be the better course of action, but in this life, reading is by far the best thing for me…
