Default Mode...
We all have a default mode - a way we operate when we’re tired, stressed, or overwhelmed; we might focus on protecting the routine of our day, or we might shrink back into ourselves, muttering ‘I’m fine’ to anyone who asks if something’s wrong.
But what if we can change that default mode ?
What if, by building habits on the days when things are good, we can make the bad days not quite so bad.
The old me would have told you that mindfulness, learning or journaling wouldn’t make any difference, but that was just how my default mode was set…
