Different Goals...

I'm starting to finalise my goals for 2022 and one of them in particular, a financial one, is going to take a lot of hard work and discipline.

I’ve achieved similar goals before - a couple of times, in my younger years, I found myself in places that I didn’t want to be financially and I dug myself out through a combination of discipline and spreadsheets - but this one is different because the starting point is positive.

And that’s the thing about goals - sometimes we think they’re just the same as we’ve achieved before, but in ignoring the differences, we set ourselves up for failure.

Every goal is different, because we’re different every time, and it’s accounting for, rather than ignoring, those differences that gives us the greatest chance of success…
