Drawing a line...
We all have habits that we would like to draw a line under.
It could be something that we have been doing for just a few weeks (in my case, losing balance in my nutrition), or it could be something much bigger (like changing career), but the thing is, there is no point drawing a line unless we have made a real decision to change - where we have attached deep personal reason to the need, and identified the approach we will follow after the line is drawn.
