Family First...

One of my most important core principles is ‘Family First’, but it can also be one of the most difficult to define - of course it means that when I’m needed I do everything in my power to make sure I’m there, but it also means that sometimes I’m a little less present, because I’m working really hard to provide long-term security for my family.

But today is one of those days when it is really easy to define, because it means focusing my whole self on bringing joy to those I love, and being incredibly grateful that I get to spend my time with them.
