Had I Known...

Had I known how much hard work it takes to build your own business, I may never have started. Had I known the deep financial challenges of building a company, I might never have begun. Had I known about the daily tension between where my business is and where I want it to be, I’m not sure I would have set out on this journey, and had I known how lonely it can be to be your own boss, I might never have tried.

Well, thank goodness I never knew, because if I did, the last five and a half years would never have happened, I could not have developed these new skills and this level of resilience, I wouldn’t have had the flexibility I needed for the really important stuff, and I would never have met the people I’ve met.
