Ideas...

This morning I had a really good idea (even if I do say so myself) - one plays to our strengths, is genuinely unique, and could make a positive difference to a group of people that I’ve always wanted to help.

But the thing is, it’s actually pretty obvious, and I can’t believe it has taken me five years to come up with it.

Maybe our best ideas only come to us when they, or we, are ready - and our part in the whole process is less about rushing their arrival, and more about getting ourselves ready to take action as soon as they choose to arrive…
