Making the rules...
When we set out to achieve our goals, it is inevitable that we will stray off-course from time to time, and whilst habit is great for keeping us moving forward (see yesterday’s post), sometimes we need to identify what isn’t working and act accordingly.
For me that means setting some new rules - a list of do’s and dont’s to remind myself of each morning as a way to get myself back on track and focused on achieving my goals.
I have never been much of one for following others’ rules, but when they’re mine, I know what breaking them really means…
