The glue of habit...
It would be wonderful if the journey towards our goals was filled with purposeful days of motivation and intentional action, but life’s not like that.
For each of us there will always be bad days, sad days and ‘I’m just not feeling it today’ days, and that’s where habit comes in. Habit is the treadmill that keeps us walking, the rut that keeps our wagon rolling, and the glue that stops motivation and intention from falling apart.
So, if you REALLY want to achieve your goals, start by building solid daily habits - because when motivation and intention falter, you'll be really grateful that you did...
