No limits...
Deep down, we set ourselves limits - beliefs about what we are (and are not) capable of.
They might be physical limits (I’m not a runner, I’m not good at working in the evenings), they may be skills-based (I’m not good with computers, I’d never be able to play the piano), or they might be about our potential (I could never build a business, I’m not creative).
The thing is, these limits are complete tosh - each of us can, with time, effort and a strong enough reason, achieve anything we want to.
Setting limits might feel comfortable right now, but a month, a year or a decade from now, you’ll realise that you were capable all along, and that comfortable feeling won’t be quite so comfortable any more…
