We start out on our life's journey as our true self, but over the years, little by little, we cover and hide that true self to ‘fit-in’ and to ‘get on’.

But, our true self is always there, waiting patiently to return. It takes work to peel back those layers, and it may well be uncomfortable, but it’s always so very, very worth it….
