Continual Improvement...

Sometimes we find a word that really resonates. A single word that clearly expresses a feeling, intention, situation or idea, and a word that we can use to take us to a point of clarity.
We may already have a few of those words (intention, focus, service, discipline, gratitude, ambition) but what if we add a new one to the list - Kaizen.
Personally, I love the feeling evoked by the idea of continual improvement - of searching every day for ways to make things better, of never being satisfied that this is ‘good enough’, not just in our work, but in our life in general too. Sure, it’s setting a high bar, but that’s where those other words help too…
