Seven Minutes...

When I read this, I had two immediate thoughts :

1. Is there an optimum exercise/amount of time spent exercising?
2. How important today’s habits are for our future selves’ well-being.

And of course, once the sensible thoughts were out of the way, I also pondered on the most important question….

If I start dancing now and stop only to eat and sleep, would I effectively live forever?
