Starting again from 1...
Up to yesterday, for at least 350 days, I had walked for at least 30 minutes every day.
On really busy days, I have walked at 5:00am in the morning and I have walked at 9:30pm at night.
I have walked for as little as 31 minutes and I have walked for over 3 hours.
I have started out in sunshine, rain, wind, snow and sub-zero temperatures.
I have worn out 3 pairs of walking shoes, 1 pair of trousers and 4 pairs of socks.
I have burned well over 100,000 calories and I have done over 1,000 miles.
Yesterday I forgot to go for a walk.
There is an awful lot going on in my life at the moment and I just forgot that I hadn’t been out for my walk.
I’m not angry or particularly upset, I’m not beating myself up over it (the other stuff going on is way more important), and since I lack the ability to travel back in time, I can’t go back and change it.
All I can do is what I did this morning - I laced up my shoes and went out for a walk.
