Stop looking...

We want it to be someone’s fault, because then we don’t have to admit we could have done more.

We want someone to fix it for us, because then we don’t have to face the challenge ourselves.

We want to find a shortcut, because then we won’t have to do the hard work.

We want to see someone else’s bad behaviour, because then we don’t have to do the right thing.

If we look hard enough for the negative, we’ll find it every time.

So maybe we should stop looking, or at least do the opposite of what we see….
