Three Things I'm Grateful For...
Even though there are proven benefits to writing three things that you are grateful for in your journal each day, I always struggle to think of things to write, and in speaking to others, I know they struggle with it too.
I was thinking about it on my walk this morning. It was an unusual walk - the changing of the clocks at the weekend meant that after weeks of gloom it was light again while I was walking, and it took longer than I planned because there was a rare early-morning rainbow and I kept stopping to take pictures, although I did manage to make it back before it started raining, which was lucky, given that I’d forgotten to put on a coat.
