For the first day in a while I have a little breathing space, and my mind has been pondering how I spend my time, and I’ve (mentally) organised it into Non-Essential, Essential and Important.
Important work is the work that grows me or my business, and takes me towards my long-term goals.
Essential work is the main stuff of family, self-care and running a business day-to-day.
Non-Essential stuff is scrolling, gaming, watching TV and generally wasting time.
These may be just the ponderings of a tired mind, or it might be the basis for something more productive, but I’d love to know your thoughts - does it hit the mark, or does it have more holes than a cartoon cheese…?
