Most (but not all) of my goals for the year have vaporised.
Many of the plans that I made for this month came to a crashing halt, as I suspect have yours.
And because what was planned for this month has fallen by the wayside, the foundations we were building for next month, and the ones after that, are understandably shaky.
So we could just stop - we could put everything on hold and wait for the dust to settle.
Or we can start building a new foundation, developing strong personal habits that will help us thrive whatever the future holds.
We all have a choice - which one will you make…?
