What now...?
In front of me, on my office wall, is my Personal Kanban board (Post-It Notes of all of the things I have/want/need to get done, arranged as Ready, Work In Progress and Done), and something weird has happened - there are more in the Done section that there are in the Ready section.
It didn’t happen overnight, in fact it has taken a couple of months, but it leads to an interesting question - what now?
My immediate thought is to rest for a while, to bask in the feeling of having got stuff done, but deep down I know that there is only one thing to do, and that’s add some even more challenging Post-It’s to the Ready section…..
