What's on YOUR list...?
This morning I wrote out a list of things I am proud of myself for doing, because I’m trying to do something new and scary, and in the past, remembering things I have done well and challenges I have overcome has given me the confidence to move forward.
What’s on my list is unimportant - it is unique to me and the life I have lived - but what is important is that YOU have a list inside of you too, full of things that YOU have done well, challenges that YOU have risen to, and fears that YOU have overcome.
So why not write YOUR list out - it might just help YOU to move forward on your next big thing too…
