What's your starting point...?
Many years ago I got myself into a mess financially - it took hard work and discipline to get me out of it, but the first, most important step, was to look in honest, painful detail at how much I earned, how much I owed, and how much I was spending, so that I could adjust my habits and eventually clear my debts.
That process (examine the starting point, work out a plan and work hard until it was done) is one I have used time and time again in the decades since - not just for problems, but for goals I have wanted to achieve, and changes I have wanted to make.
A journey of a thousand miles may begin with a single step, but before that, you need to know exactly where you are starting from….
