Where Next...?

Today is 101 days since I gave up alcohol and unhealthy snacks for 100 days, but rather than start the day with Beer on my Frosties, I’ll be carrying on today the same way as I’ve carried on for the last 100 days.

Why ?

Because when I set that original goal I knew that going back to my old ways was a very real possibility unless I designed a follow-on goal to kick in today, so my new goals are to only drink alcohol once a week, and only have occasional snacks within an overall healthy eating plan, and today is the day for neither.

Achieving our goals takes a LOT of hard work - best not to undo the achievement by forgetting to work out where to go next…
