Which do you really want...?

First there’s a JOB, where we do what we do for the paycheck. We might work hard, and we might even enjoy what we do, and at the end of the day, we know it’s just a job.

Then there’s a CAREER, where we invest our time and effort to climb the hill of increasing rewards, and where we hope that the money we earn will allow us to do the things we want to do outside of work.

And then there’s a LIFE, where the work we do, the things we learn, the people we love and the difference we make are completely intertwined, each feeding the other, and where the sum is greater than the parts.

We all know which one we have. The question is, is it the one we really want….?
