Firstly (and most importantly), I hope that you, and everyone you care about, are able to stay safe and well through these difficult times.
Fortunately, the nature of our business means that we are still able to operate with minimal disruption, and so we are currently despatching all orders, including Bespoke orders, as normal.
UK Royal Mail Orders
The vast majority of orders are arriving as expected, or with only minor delays, although a handful of orders have taken up to a week longer than we would normally expect. Where practical, we are upgrading orders for greater speed and visibility on their journey to you.
International Postal Orders
Again, the vast majority of orders are arriving relatively normally or with only minor delays, although one or two have been stuck in transit or in customs for a week or two, or even longer. With normal postal systems our upgrade options are limited, although we are trying to make more use of tracked services where we can.
Express (DHL) Orders
DHL are operating normally, and all orders are arriving within the timescales specified during ordering.
Over the past 4+ years, we have shipped many thousands of orders and the number that have been lost is still in single figures, so I am confident that your order will arrive too, but obviously the seriousness of the current situation means that some delays are inevitable, and so we thank you for your patience.
