Doing the important work...

I hate this new lockdown because I can’t visit my mum. And because I can’t just pick up my laptop and go to a coffee house for a change of scene. And because I can’t got out with my family to celebrate an important milestone. And because it gives me more time to do the important work I’ve been putting off for months.

Wait. What ??

There are things we can’t do, and then there are things we’re choosing not to do. And that’s OK. But maybe if we’re honest about the reason we’re not doing the important thing that needs to be done, we can start looking for a way to overcome it instead…
