Goals based on different questions...
There are many reasons to set goals - some are for personal development and are based on a need to change, and others are based on practicality and a need to achieve specific targets.
But what would your goals look like if you asked yourself two different questions :
1. What do I really like doing (and want to do more of), and
2. What have I always wanted to try (because it looks cool/interesting/fun) ?
Setting goals based on need is important and keeps us moving forward towards our vision, but adding a few goals based on desire keeps things interesting and may uncover talents and opportunities that we never even knew existed….
