Years ago I tried to manage my health through exercise alone. These days I manage my health through exercise and nutrition.
For me, walking for 30 minutes listening to music is a good habit. Walking for 30 minutes listening to an audiobook or podcast is a better habit.
Planning your days is a good habit. Planning your week, and then planning your days is a better habit.
Chains of habits are powerful things, but their real strength is determined not by the length of the chain, but by the the quality of the links…
