We can set out to lose weight by changing our diet, or we can set out to get fitter and find ourselves losing weight along the way.
I could grow my business by hiring people to do specific tasks, or I could decide I want to learn some new skills, and find those new skills improve my work, which ends up growing my business in a different way.
Or maybe you want to be happier - you could build a life of joyful experiences, or you might decide to make a few positive changes in your life and find that you are happier as a result (or that maybe you end up redefining what happiness means to you…).
