Testing intentions...
As part of my plan to make 2020 my greatest ever year, and following on from yesterday’s post about resetting my daily routine, I’ve just finished a practice run of my proposed morning habits, and the good news is that as long as I get up 30 minutes before I went to bed I should be able to fit it all in….
In all seriousness, doing a trial run this morning has helped me to tweak a couple of my plans, and also swap things around a little to make sure it all fits with my other priorities.
One of the reasons we fail to keep our new year intentions running is that we never take the time to test them in the real world - better to set an improvement we can stick to, than to set something that sounds awesome and doesn’t make it past the first week…
