The power of planning a day...
I start most days with an intention of what I want to achieve, but I rarely structure the whole day around a specific goal.
Yesterday I did - everything I did was geared around getting a good night’s sleep - and it worked.
And that got me to thinking about the power of a daily plan - not a vague intention, but a clear, detailed, unambiguous plan of what needs to be done and when you will do it.
Obviously there are always things that are genuinely outside our control, and there needs to be balance between heavily structured and relaxed days, but knowing how to execute a (for want of a better term) ‘power day’ is an incredibly useful skill to develop.
So, if you could structure just one day around achieving one clear, important goal, what would you choose ?
And why not make tomorrow that day…?
