The Question We need To Ask...
We all have positive habits or skills we’ve built - the things that we do without really having to think, and that others have told us they wish they could do too.
We also have things that we could, should, want and wish we could do, but which, despite try after try, never seem to stick.
Maybe the question we need to ask ourselves then, is not ‘why can’t I keep this new thing going’, but rather ‘what is it that keeps me doing the positive things that I do…?’
